IV. Beneficiaries Validation
Capturing stakeholder perspectives is crucial for a comprehensive understanding of program impact and change. Stakeholder voices serve as a valuable tool to validate impact claims, ensuring accuracy and preventing overstatement. The validation process addresses key questions:
- What would have occurred without this program?
- To what extent did the program contribute to observed changes?
- Were there unintended negative impacts resulting from the program?
