Monitoring and Evaluation System for CSR Project

Monitoring Framework System:

• 

  M&E Plan CSR bound company can use the system available on the portal by login and also create login of NGO/ Implementing Agency wherein the former sets the target or milestone of each project and the NGO/ IA is required to regularly update the milestone achieved to track the progress of the project and assess their impact.

Regular Reporting and Feedback:

• 

  Progress Reports: Generate periodic reports (i.e. Quarterly) that provide updates on project activities, achievements, and challenges.

• 

  Feedback Mechanism: In the system itself, we have established provision of giving feedback basis upon the progress of the projects to the NGO/ IA to make real-time improvement.

• 

  Outcome-Based Evaluation: Conduct in-depth evaluations to compare project outcomes against initial objectives, identifying any gaps in expected vs. actual impact.
