mant is a non-profit, non-racial, non-political, and non-religious organisation that, since 1960. we have been working in advancing social development, research, and community action to preserve of local ecology and livelihoods of tribal communities. we support health service delivery through mobile clinics. through innovative media strategies such the country's first tribal women run community radio station, we sustain health behaviour change to reduce the massive health burden. we also run schools, support entrepreneurship for women and youth and provide climate resilient solutions for agriculture since 1960, we have worked in west bengal and north eastern india. our team of 164 trained workers and volunteers impacts more than 1.5 million lives every year.
