Brajaballavpur Beauty Sangha has been working for over two decades in the field of social development, women empowerment, and community welfare.
During our recent village-level survey, we identified 127 women who are currently unemployed and financially dependent, but have shown strong enthusiasm and eagerness to learn tailoring as a sustainable skill for their livelihood.
Our villages are located far from industrial hubs, with very limited employment opportunities for women. Tailoring and garment-making is a practical skill that women can learn locally and start earning either from home or in small groups.
This project aims to create livelihood opportunities for women by providing structured tailoring training, enhancing their confidence, and enabling them to become self-reliant.
